Video types

Video types are a brand-specific category that have their own customizable three-letter code. This code gets added to each job code when creating a new project.

Create a video type

1. In Chorus Video, select Manage > Types.
2. Select New Video Type.
3. Add the video type code. This can be any three-letter abbreviation or code for the new video type. This code is used internally purposes only, and is automatically included in the job code when creating a new project.
4. Select the brand.
5. Select a parent type, if applicable. The Parent type is used whenever needing to indicate a relationship between multiple video types, allowing you to create subsets or subtypes for video entries.
6. Select Create video type.

Edit a video type

1. In Chorus Video, select Manage > Types.
2. Select Edit.
3. Make your changes to the name, brand, or parent type.
4. Hit Update video type.
