When a story is ready to go, head to the Finalize screen. Check for warnings and errors, and then you’re good to go!
Submit a story for approval
Depending on your publishing workflow and permissions, you may need to submit the story for review before you can schedule or publish it.
- If you have author permissions, you’ll be prompted to submit your story for approval. Once a story has been approved by an editor, you can then schedule or publish it immediately.
- If you have trusted author or editor permissions, you’ll be able to publish your story right away.
If you’re ready to publish the story, select Publish now. Chorus will then ask you to Confirm, and then the story will go live on your site.
Schedule a story
Select the time you want the story to publish and select Schedule. You can also enter the time manually in any of these formats: 9, 09:15, 9:15, 0915, or 915.
Scheduled stories are put into a queue that processes once a minute, with embargoed stories taking priority. If there are a lot of stories in the queue, your story may publish a minute or two after its scheduled time.
Scheduled stories can be rescheduled for another time, or published immediately by selecting Reset to now.
