Saving a search allows you to easily return to your frequently-used dashboard search queries (i.e. for a particular author’s stories or stories in a specific group). You can also bookmark a saved search URL in your browser to visit it in a snap.
Create a saved search
- On the editorial dashboard, open the search sidebar and enter the parameters for your search
- Select Search
- Select Save search
- Enter in a title for your search and select Save search
Run a saved search
- In the search sidebar, select the list icon to access your saved searches
- Select the name of the search you would like to run
Change the name of a search
- In the search sidebar, select the list icon to access your saved searches
- Select the pencil icon next to the search name you’d like to edit
- Enter the new name for the search in the text box
- Select the check mark to save the new name
- To edit other search parameters we recommend making a new saved search.
Delete a saved search
- In the search sidebar, select the list icon to access your saved searches
- Select the trashcan icon next to the search you’d like to remove
- Select Delete
