Managers and moderators can search for accounts in their community.
Network editors and Chorus managers can search for accounts across their network.

You may need to search for an account to update someone’s permissions or help them with login issues.
To search for an account:
- From your Chorus dashboard, select Admin and then Legacy Chorus.
- Under Contributor accounts, select Manage your team or add new accounts.
- Enter their name, username, or email address.
- Select Find.
You can filter by permissions level (e.g., freelance, author, editor) or status (e.g., provisional, active, banned). You can also sort the table by joined date.
Troubleshoot searching for Chorus accounts
If you can’t find the right account, this may be because the account was created on a different community. Make sure you’re searching on the right community’s members table. However, if you don’t have access to that community, reach out to us for help.
