Create a super group

Super groups are available to Eater, SB Nation, and Chalkbeat. Network editors and Chorus managers can manage super groups.

Super groups allow stories from multiple communities to be shared across an entire network. For example, SB Nation has a super group about the NBA Draft, that contains stories from many communities. Once you’ve created a super group, writers and editors can add stories to it.

Create a super group

  1. From your dashboard, open Admin > Legacy Chorus
  2. Select Super Groups.
  3. Select Create Super Group.
  4. Fill in the name and slug fields.
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Consider adding a group description and other optional steps to optimize the group for search results.

For coupled Chorus users, super group pages will 404 for audiences until you add published stories to it.
