Rename a group

Editors can manage groups.

You may occasionally need to rename a group, for example, if you’re changing the branding of a podcast or optimizing the group name for search engines.

To change a group name:

  1. From your homepage, open Quick Admin > Groups.
  2. Select Edit group settings (pencil icon) for the group you want to update.
  3. Update the Name field.
  4. Update the Slug if needed.
  5. Hit Save.

Note: If you update the slug, we recommend creating a redirect for the original group URL. This helps with search engine optimization and ensures that any bookmarks are redirected.
